Non delivery of goods ordered

Good Day,<br> <br> Im disappointed in your pathetic non existent caring attitude as a First time client I have to be subjected to your non existent service. Y<br> <br> ou don't reply to emails at all send to you. How on earth can I trust you to delight me in future If you have failed to deliver my goods on time, as your useless website you cannot track the exact location of a parcel at all and seemingly your call centre can neither. I now want a full refund of the latter by no later than 10:00 on 22 May 2015, as you had my money for a week already. I'm no longer interested in doing business with your useless company, as I'm well within my rights to demand my refund with immediate effect. I don't want to hear that its going to X amount of days to be paid back to me. You created an expectation to me as the client which you *****ed completely.<br> <br> could you advise when the above order would be delivered as your counter e-retailer Zando delivers much quicker than you as tomorrow would be day 5 and I have not received my order . <br> I have ordered numerous times from Zando and received delivered my orders within 2 days of ordering my goods at my house. (NO response on this email sent to spree on 20 May)
