no words for spree anymore

I returned another order to spree. First of all the couriers took more than a week to collect. Secondly they sent me an email to say they will refund my money but they didnt send the full amount why I dont know!!!! I returned ALL the items so I dont know why I am getting a part payment. What the ****** hell is wrong with spree!!! Also I sent countless emails on various orders but I dont even get a response to my questions but you want me to rate the service. Makes me laugh. In any case its pointless writing a review here there's nothing thats going to come out of this. Need to vent my frustrations somehow. Also, spree can send so many newsletter emails but cant even respond to one email of a customer who btw pays your bills!
