No way to track your order and the customer care is not helpful
<p>I ordered from Spree, and when i tried to follow up on my order which was at 'Dispatched' status, i was told that the order is not gonna be out on delivery till next week. When i offered to go pick it up from the courier, i was told they do not know which courier has it. So then how do they know it wont be on delivery till next week? Secondly, why is Spree not able to give you an ETA on your parcel, like Takealot does? Thirdly, it is terrible that a parcel takes a week to be delivered within Johannesburg, main centre area.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can order from Spree, but dont expect your parcel for at least 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service, useless customer support!</p> <p> </p>

We will escalate the matter with the Agent that assisted , as one is able to view the couriers details once the status shows dispatched.
Kindly be advised that the system provides an ETA upon placing an order, that information is visible before you even click on Place Order Now.
An email confirmation is also sent once an order is made with your estimated time of delivery.
We noticed that delivery for this order was to be made by the 28/04/2017 for the latest, which we see was actioned accordingly as the order was placed on the 24/04/2017.
