No response to emails or phone calls...if you can get through
Ordered clothes which were superb quality but didn't fit. Returned them no problem and received an immediate refund BUT one of the items was not available and for 3 weeks I have been calling and emailing for my refund. which has ruined the whole experience. Doubt I will use them again as I just don't have time to waste begging for my own money.
