No response to emails and no refunds.

I have received poor service from spree. After returning an order on 13 June, it took 3 weeks for spree to collect it from the pickup point, and they only did so after I phoned them having sent 2 emails to them to which I received no replies. Spree eventually collected my returned parcel and claimed to be returning my money within 3-5 business days. 9 business days later, i have still received no refund. I will not be ordering from spree again. They do not reply to emails and their returns policy is lengthy and not guaranteed! Extremely poor customer service.
