no replies to emails no answer on the call centre number.
i ordered a watch. paid for it. they sent an email they can not deliver the watch - no stock. the said they gave me a store credit and i must reply to the email if i want a refund instead. i rep**** immediately. my emails are all being deleted without being read. the call center has a voice recording. no one actually answers. this has been since the weekend. i held on for over an hour on one call. the service they provide is pathetic.
