No refunds - long delays and no contact and no managers

I have 2 refunds outstanding.

(I do not want a store credit) I did reply to this email to let you know already.

1. 1x # ********** 04-1 (R519.35) – This was delivered on the 28th June, and returned on the 29th June to the drop-off point.

3. 1x below (no stock of order) # ********** 28 (R299.40) – you guys had no stock?????? I rep**** on 2 July. You gave me a store credit, that i do not want! What is taking so long? Why!

16 July 2018 After holding on for at least 20mins they finally cut me off. Spoke to nuraan this morning and then Thandi now who said Stephan the so called manager would call me back last Friday and again this morning.. i called again since i had no call-back. Asked for any manager and guess what Spree has no managers working there! i just want my refunds spree. I will not be buying from you again. And they cut me off after holding for 20 mins! Disgusted!
