No Refunds and NO response!!?

I bought 5 items (beginning of July) 1 couldn’t be shipped so they (without even acknowledging what I would prefer) just gave me store credit of R300. I then asked if I can rather get a refund and have gotton NO response since now after a LOT of emails from my side. The store credit has been removed but no refund for it ??? BUT It gets worse - I returned 2 of the items neatly in packaging. They have even acknoweldged that they received it and sent me a msg on the app that the refund has been made. It has yet been since beginning of JULY that I am still waiting for my refund?!??? And they ignore my numorous emails and complaints?! This is the WORST online company!!!
