No refund since 24.11 .2017
I've returned a pair of shoes and was told as at 24.11.2017 that the refund has been done, I have not received any refund. On 9 Dec I was asked for banking details and gave the info as requested, yet, still no refund has been processed. Please process my refund ASAP.
