No Refund Received Yet

I have ordered nearly R2 000 worth of products from Spree at the beginning of February. On 6 Feb I have logged a return/refund request and send the items back to Spree via courier.<br> I have since sent them 5 emails to follow up on my refund that is due in my bank account, but Spree simply don't respond to any mails.<br> Product Return #***-1<br> Reference numbers received from Spree when I sent my request to [Email Removed] are:<br> 129106 and 129105 - for the other emails to them I was not issued any reference numbers.<br> <br> Zando is by far better than Spree when it comes to on time delivery, as well as refunds.<br> <br> Spree simply ignores your mails, but they are quick to take you money.
