NO REFUND ON RETURNED ITEM

Not getting any feedback regarding my returned goods nor refund despite having to phone them to ask as to the status of my refund. Also took about 3 weeks to collect returned item. Really not acceptable, trying to contact them but not getting through and tried to email but with no response
