No refund given after 12 days

I placed an order on spree and the item did not fit so I returned it. They fetched the item the next day no problem.<br> I received an email that the item was received in the warehouse on 31 March.<br> I also sent through my banking details around the same time to process the refund. It has been nearly 2 weeks and the money is still not in my account. I am getting no response to any of the emails I sent. This is not acceptable. <br>
