No Refund given

Disgusting experience. When returning an item, you are told the driver will let you know when they are collecting. They did not do this. Secondly, you are told you will receive your refund within 3-10 days after the goods has been received. It has now been 3 weeks since they received my goods and I have still not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails, also contacted them via Facebook and received ZERO feedback. Absolutely disgusting for a company who is a big online shopping company. I would even give them zero stars if that was an option.
