No refund for more than a month

I ordered a jacket online from Spree. Wrong fabric so I sent it back 3 days later. As per their return policy you have 30days. I sent the item back, no response for two weeks. After 5 emails they explained that they have received the item in good order and that the refund will be made to my credit card in 3 days. Still nothing. After yet another emailing session, they apologized and said that the accounts department will get back to asap and that I will get a notification when the refund has been done. The item was received on the 7th of December, today more than a month later I have still not received any feedback. Please don't promise a great return policy if you cannot stick to it!
