NO REFUND AS PROMISED

I am a first time user of Spree and most definitely the last time user.<br> <br> I ordered a pair of shoes that looked lovely online, but when I received them..... were hideous.<br> <br> When I placed the order, it was sent to the post office. When I called to change the delivery address, they said they couldn't change as all credit card payments went to the post office (*******!!!!)<br> <br> When I wanted to return them, I had to pay for return to post office. They promised to refund postage.<br> <br> After several emails back and forth for banking details etc. And confirmation of refund. I get ANOTHER email this morning saying they don't have my banking details AGAIN!!! and...... NO refund has NOT been received as yet.<br> <br> I am so disappointed in the service I have received and that it clearly looks like I won't be receiving my R529.00 any time soon.<br> <br> I will NEVER shop on Spree again and will spread the word to anyone who is considering shopping with this website.
