No refund after 3 weeks!!!

My package was collected and returned on 31 July. I have had to follow up twice where the feedback was that something went wrong with the process and that my refund would be be processed soon. I am yet to receive the refunded amount in my account. It has been 20 days and 15 working days in total. This is unacceptable and for that reason I will never be shopping at spree again, fearing that I might never get my money back.
