No refund after 3 weeks

<p>so I ordered an item at spree and had to return it since it was small, the item was collected but ever since then i have not received any feedback from spree or my refund, when i call they tell me stories and its been 3 weeks now, so unhappy about they service, never buying anything from them again </p>
