No refund after 2 weeks!!!
i logged return *** with you in August.<br> <br> The return is reflecting as Complete on your website.<br> <br> Why have I not been refunded as yet??? I indicated that I want a refund to my method of payment. Please resolve asap. I even followed up to your customer services via email but did not receive a response.<br> <br> This is appalling service. This was my first experience using spree and there are other online retailers that offer a better customer experience. Why should I shop with you agian?<br> <br> Kindly refund me within 24 hours.
