No Refund

I placed an order on 21/05/2015 order no ***, some items did not fit me so I returned them and requested a refund as they didnt have my size. On 22/05/2015 my credit request was done but I am still waiting for the funds. This is the 3rd week now and nothing has happened. When you call the call center they never answer the phones. Please urgently advise if my refund will ever be processed and what was the delay.<br> Return ref numbers ***-1, ***-2. <br> <br> I have been using other online shops like takealot and they respond to queries efficiently, refunds are done within 48 hours not after 3 weeks when the client complains.
