No refund!!! 15 days later

We returned a swimming costume that was way too small & Spree agreed to refund my daughter. I received a mail on 27 March to say it is sorted, and that the eft was done, and that it would reflect within 3-5 working days....its 11 April today, and still nothing When I mailed the support email, I received a mail requesting my bank details again. What the heck?? I have asked twice for the proof of payment from 27 March but I am being ignored. Awaiting my monies back in my account today, thank you #neveragainspree
