No payment of refund in 2 months, with NO REPLY

I baught a lot of clothing from them, to be able to fit and return what I don't want. They have refunded most items, but they still owe me over R1000, and I have send a lot of e-mails with the details of what they still owe me, and receive absolutely NO REPLY. The e-mail gives an automatic reply that they will work on the problem, but that's where it stays. If I try to contact them, the number is engaged. It's been 2 months already. Worst customer service ever!
