No Payment Confirmation

<p>Very disapointing, i ordered from spree for the first time yesterday afternoon, i chose the option to rather make and EFT payment as i dont trust the alternatives, little did i know how many complaint Spree.co.za has on social media, maybe they take more than a day to confirm any payment? but on their website it says you only have 24hours to make a payment, or the order will be cancelled, when i log into my account on their website it still says " pending payment" which means they havent confirmed my payment and order and havent updated their system, so my order will probably be cancelled tomorrow, i have sent 4email with my proof of payment, in hopes if speeding the process up, i havent any replies, im always careful buying things online, for this exact reason, id rather make a fuss and get your attention, than leave it, and wait for this to become a stuff up, this is a gift, so its even more personal to me if the service is this bad.</p> <p>Can someone please assist me, and rather refund me.</p> <p>Liezle</p> <p> ********** 006</p>
