no one is helping to get my stuff back from spree

<p>spree came to my house to collect a parcel which they had already collected and my housekeeper gave them my bag I got from runway sale which was supposed to have been picked up by runway sale and i e-mailed them the following day when i realised the bag had been picked up by wrong people and the and there was no response, two days after the email i called and the sales consultant said someone is working on it if their system gave me a reference no. till today am still waiting and no one is doing anything about this issue.</p>
