No feedback or response on returned items place on the 7th Nov 2017

I don't know where to being expressing how I feel about the poor service I received from you, I requested a return on the 6th November and it was collected on the 7th Nov still in good quality as I was buying a present for someone but I took a wrong size, I kept on calling to find out the status of my return as I was promised that the item will be exchanged to the correct size. I called today at 7am and the person I spoke said she is changing the status of the item from pending delivery to shipping and she promised to call me back at 10am but she didn't, then when I checked the status of my order on the system it says 'Unfulfilled Apologies! Due to unforeseen stock issues, we were unable to fulfil your order. I called again at 11:16am today and I spoke to Phindi who told me my item is out of stock. im so disappointed and I don't think I will ever recommend you any of my friend or family your really do not care about your customers.
