No feedback after called twice

<p>Good day, I have called Spree to complain about the 2 watches i ordered from them. I explained my story to Donney and she told me the manager is not available but she will come back to me. She never came back. Two or 3 days later i called again, spoke to Ruwayda. She asked me to take a pic of the watches which i did, and i mailed it to spree. Up to date still no feedback from Spree. Both the watches's clips does not work. Strange enough. the one watch is mine and the other one is my colleagues. We both have the same problem. This is not good service as i am a regular customer of Spree.</p>
