<p>I placed an order on Wednesday 27/07/2016 and made EFT payment on Thursday 28/07/2016 and payment was confirmed on Friday 29/07/2016. I received a message on Saturday 30/07/2016 confirming my order has been handed over to courier. I've been waiting since yesterday for an update and nothing. Current status 'Delayed - Late Freight' and I emailed Spree to ask what is happening but no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'd rather you tell me my order will be late and give a valid reason rather than keeping quiet.
