No delivery and no communication
<p>I placed an order 2 weeks ago and despite being told delivery would take place in 2-3 days I'm still waiting. At this point I'd like to cancel the order and have my money refunded, but the call center is hopeless and no one responds to emails or Facebook messages. Will never use Spree again!</p>
