No Delivery, a week & counting
Ordered and paid for my good on 6 August (order ***). To date still no delivery, called the Call centre only to be told they handed it over to couriers and can't help, I instead must follow up with the couriers myself!! Really?! The worst part is that now my order has been updated with the 'Returns' option! How do I return anything when I have gotten nothing, zip, zilch while my money has gone from my credit card??

The Returns option is available on all orders when it is handed over to the courier/post office.
