No delivery

Hi

I ordered from spree on the 27th March 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on the 6th April 2018. I have still not received my parcel. I have followed up with spree and all they say is that they will follow up or the courier company will deliver the following day. They also don't follow up whether the parcel has been delivered.

This will be the last time that I will be purchasing online from spree. The worse service compared to online shopping companies.
