No customer service

<p>firstly, i purchased a jacket on your website an upon checkout my item was removed. when i tried to add the item again, my size was not available. i sent you guys screenshots of what was going on 02/08/16. since my enquiry no one bothered to respond to me. you guys kept on sending me newsletters which i asked to be removed from but still i recieve them. it seems as if no one is working in your customer service department. i responded to your newsletter again last week to be removed as i refuse to do so myself. this morning i recieved another newsletter. this is pathetic! you guys want to advertise and market but fail to respond to your customers concerns, ***... is there a lack of staff or something.</p>
