no customer service???

I ordered a pair of Puma sneakers for my husband and not even 2 months in the sneakers were damaged, i emailed spree to please exchange the sneakers and i still havent received any reply or acknowledgement, if this is the quality I can expect from them then i will absolutely have to stop purchasing from there.
