No customer service!

On 13 April I placed an order. The item I wanted was under R350 so I added another item. On 15 April I received an email that the item that number 1 was not shipped and that they refunded me with store credit. Why do you not phone to check that if the order is not complete if the customer still want it? You just ship the incomplete order! I do not want an incomplete order!
