No customer feedback via email and telephone

Ordered the same product as before and sizes are different even though labels are same. Sent email to ********** and tried calling on ********** and phone just dies after a minute each time and no feedback from my mail This is unacceptable especially for a company trying to break into an already difficult market where people would prefer going into a shop to purchase clothing....
