No courier service despite request

Order ***: I asked you to courier to me and NOT use the post office.<br> <br> So you sent an order worth more than R500 to the post office in Ladysmith for collection anyway. <br> <br> I refuse to have to find parking and then go stand in a queue at the post office because it suits YOU. <br> <br> You could have told me for nothing that you do not courier to Ladysmith (you must be the only internet retailer in the whole of South Africa who doesn't courier to Ladysmith).<br> <br> Kindly fetch your parcel back from the Ladysmith post office and refund my credit card.
