No communication - bad service

I am highly dissappointed in the LACK of services received from Spree.

I did a return and requested a refund on 3 July and I'm still awaiting feedback. I phoned in 3 times and everytime I'm told it's being processed.

I don't believe that the refund process takes this long. If there's a problem doing the refund then I would expect a call or atleast have it done as store credit. Instead there's no communication whatsoever from Spree.
