No collection of goods for three weeks and a 21 day refund policy?!!!! Got to be joking!

My experience with this brand has been shocking - I've had a parcel for collection waiting for nearly three weeks now. I've tried to phone them for 5 consecutive days for an hour each day- and their answering system says they are "experiencing high call volumes." Never have i spoken to a person - despite much trying. All mails receive a standard response of receipt - but that it's- no practical feedback and no corrective action. I still have the parcel waiting for collection. This and a 21 day refund policy - have you ever@!!!#@%$@#!!!

Try SUPERBALIST - they are exceptional. A two day turnaround, daily sms's, friendly staff online and on the telephone - and the collection staff are great! And i dont work for them or know anyone who works for them- promise!
