No collection
I have requested a collection on the 28th of December 2015,<br> It is now the 9th of Jan 2016 and my parcel has still not been collected. Everytime I email support@spree, I get the same reply saying that it takes 3-10 days. I have waited 10 days and still no collection. PLEASE see to this.<br> <br> Order number ***
