No Assistance Spree

<p>I recently purchased shoes from Spree and when they were delivered, I happened to only fit the first shoe you unwrap when opening the box. It was a perfect size 7 and I was happy. I usually save my purchases for a later occasion.</p> <p>On Sunday I decide to wear my shoes and to my shock, the other shoes is a size 5. Who is so inefficient at their job that they pack 2 different sizes???? These things should always be double checked.</p> <p>I sent them an email (***) requesting assistance and that they rectify the mistake but it's now 3 days later and no one has bothered to respond.</p> <p>"Solving your query quickly is really important to us" ....that's what they promise but in reality it's not the case. </p> <p>All I want is two size 7 shoes that I paid for.</p>
