Nightmare Online Experience- Very dissappointed!

Worst customer service ever. No telephone answering, no response to email or orders, no communication about problems with order or payment, after 6 days of no action( order on hold) without any progress. Time of delivery became an issue so I cancelled the order on 22 Aug. Struggeling to get a refund. Either no answer or answer promises but no action, more calls with answering but no-one at the other end! Stay away!
