never order from spree EVER

I purchased items on spree on the 10th it is now the 19 and i have not received my delivery. I paid for the items in full. whats even worse is that i made another order days after this order and i have received the second order. I called them to cancel the order and requested the refund, then they tell me that they can only refund me once they have checked the quality of the items. I don't understand what why i need to wait for them to check the quality of the items when i haven't even received them. I spoke to a Stephan Lu****, who was not helpful in anyway. Spree has very bad customer service. I've shopped at Zando, take alot and Superbalist a number of times and have never had such an experience. I will never buy from spree again.
