Never collects my returns or responds to my emails

This is my second email (after a phone call ) and the email said:<br> Hi Please will you call me today. I have been waiting for an order to be collected and was told a few times it would be (the last yesterday) and still not collected. <br> <br> My refunds are not being attended to? Is there an issue we can deal with as its really putting me off buying from spree. I was so impressed with the dispatching of the orders but refunding seems impossible????<br> <br> The order reference for the collection is SPR1T***7C<br> <br> The second supposed collection has been missed. So now what? Does the company actually care to return things that dont fit?<br> <br> THE REPLY WAS FOR ANOTHER ORDER. I HAVE CALLED THE COLLECTION AGENT CONSTANTLY AND I AM DONE WITH THEM. THEY NEVER COLLECT. CAN SOMEONE FROM SPREE CALL ME DIRECTLY OR I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION. THIS IS ATROCIOUS. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING IN THIS COMPANY???
