Never buy from Spree..EVER!

<p>Return No ********** 78-1</p> <p> </p> <p>This has by far been my worst customer service experience ever!!! I will NEVER shop at Spree again... I returned items and took almost 5 days to be picked up. Called the call center lady (all of them are extremely rude!!! - I've never spoken to a polite or nice person at Spree)... She said it was because I logged a return on a Sunday and the return notification got lost???!!!! Seriously...Finally, my parcel was collected and the return received at Warehouse... 12 days later - No refund...</p> <p>I want the refund to my account because I have vowed to never buy anything from Spree...so store credit will be useless. You guys need to jack up and send emails when there are delays... I get emails on 25% off dresses but NO EMAIL or any notification when there is a delay in refund....If you kept me updated on email and SMS... I would have no problem with the delay because I know a business can experience delays...</p> <p>You have lost a loyal customer</p>
