NEVER buy anyone a Spree.co.za voucher :(

I am fuming. My sister bought me a gift voucher for my birthday. It never worked (acknowledged by customer service as faulty). After numerous phone calls and emails, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY VOUCHER. Last week I was promised a refund. Today I was told “actually no”. This is theft. I feel so frustrated as I get NOWHERE with this company!!! The CEO is Vincent Hoogduijn - is this the company he wants to represent?!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
