Never Again . Useless with a capital U!

<p>After making purchase with Spree,I returned the items purchased as one of the items did not fit and the description of the other item on their website was incorrect .</p> <p>The return was initiated on the 5th of October 2016. On the 6th of October I received a call from the Spree courier service provider to arrange the collection of the parcel , arrangements were made and the parcel was not collected.</p> <p>On the 10th of October 2016 The courier company called again to arrange collection I informed them that I will not be available however they may collect the parcel from my colleague, with that said I provided them with my colleagues number to a call her should they need to speak to her. On the 13th the courier company called my colleague to advise her that they will be picking up the parcel later in the day , they did not arrive .</p> <p>On the 14th I called Spree to advise them of the lack of service I am experiencing I was advised that a new collection request will be initiated and the parcel will be collected within 3 days.Yet again the parcel was not collected.</p> <p>On the 26th of October I called Spree again and advised them that the parcel has not been collected . The Spree agent reassured me that she will escalate the matter and the parcel will be collected on the 27th of October. </p> <p> </p> <p>As i type this complaint on the 27th of October 2016 at 16:19 , the parcel has still not been collected . I have receievd no communication from the courier company except a sms that reads " Hi (MY NAME )" . </p> <p>At this point I have had enough. Why provide customers with a return option that does not function . As an avid online shopper I will never ever shop at spree , mark my words .</p>
