Never again!

Bough a jacket for my daughter's fifth birthday and returned it because it was small. I ordered it well in advance knowing that no parent would want to miss their child's birthday. I returned it almost immediately. I originally asked for a store credit and later decided that I no longer want to purchase anything with spree and asked that I get a full refund which I am entitled to. It has been almost two weeks now and no refund. Spree did not even respond to my emails, I had to call them, not once but a number of times to get someone to help my case. in total, it has been almost a month since I purchased the item and this has still not been resolved. What infuriates me is that the money does not even appear on my store credit. The stress, oh my word! Never again!
