Nearly 2 months and still waiting for refund - 3 phone calls and one email with no success
At each of the 3 phone calls, the agent apologised and promised that it would be "escalated" and paid. The reference number for my last call is 959 822 Order number: ********** 36-1 Quite amazing to see so many people posting with the same problem in the last 2 weeks alone! How are these guys still in business?
