My order cancelled but payment was made

I made a purchase on the 15/12/2015 and I selected snap scan as the payment method by mistake, I then made an eft and sent payment confirmation same day. I acknowledge I made a mistake with the payment method but payment was made with the correct account number so why was the order cancelled if payment confirmation was sent. I have been trying to call Spree since yesterday and every time I hold for more than 10 munities, also sent an email more than 24 hours ago and the is no response. I want my goods delivered with no delay as I paid on time. Order number:***
