My first abs last time purchasing from spree, the customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING!

I’m so SICK AND TIRED! Of spree. It’s my first time buying from them and they lack communication s****s . They don’t pick up calls , respond to dms nor do they respond to emails but you have all these platforms why??? I just want my order and I want to DEACTIVATE my account immediately thereafter. I paid on Sunday and ever since tues my order status says “warehouse will be unpacking order shortly “ . I ordered from superbalist on Monday and my ordered has reached me and they have been communicating with me all the way . Why can’t you !!! I want feedback on my order!!!!
