Money out my bank account - no dress !!!

I added a dress to my cart on their online site on the 15th Dec, when I chose option to pay by card, their system did not accept my card details, so instead I chose their instant eft payment option, which routed me to my nedbank profile, I logged in, asked me for a ref I want to use for my statement, which I entered as \dress"and the amount was R268.00"
