Lost returned items
<p>I ordered a pair of flipflops and jacket but the flipflops were too small and the jacket was bad quality. I then returned the items and they lost the flipflops and will not refund me for the slippers.</p>

We are terribly sorry for the experience received, We unfortunately needed to conduct an investigation as part of the procedure should the quality controller's confirm that part of the return was not received.
We noticed that the refund was then processed on the 22/04/2017, kindly be advised credit card refunds reflect within 3-7 working days.
